Welcome to Social Buddy. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Use

Our panel provides social media marketing (SMM) services for promotional purposes only. We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or any social media platform directly.

2. Services

All services are delivered as described on our platform. We do not guarantee engagement from “real” or “active” users unless explicitly mentioned. Delays may happen due to server issues, platform updates, or high demand.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be completed before using our services. We do not provide refunds for completed or partially completed orders. Refunds are only considered if the order is not delivered due to technical failure.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for spamming, illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content. Using stolen credit cards, fake accounts, or bots is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, suspension, or ban of your social media accounts. Use our services at your own risk.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and never share your personal data with third parties. Payment details are secured through trusted payment gateways.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Refill Policy

If you purchase a service with a Refill Guarantee and the delivered quantity drops, you can request a refill according to the provider’s refill period.

  • ✅ Username Change / Link Not Found: Refill will be rejected if your username has changed or the link is invalid.
  • ? Order Counter: Refill/refund will be valid only according to the order start and end count.
  • ? Present Count: If the present count is less than the start count, no refill/refund will be provided.
  • ⏳ Refill Time: Each service has its own refill time (e.g., 7 days / 30 days). After that period, no refill requests will be accepted.
  • ❗ Drop-Proof Services: Services labeled as “No Refill” or “Drop Proof” are not eligible for refill.

Cancel Policy

  • Orders that are already In Progress or Completed cannot be cancelled.
  • If an order fails (status = “Canceled” or “Partial”), the amount will be automatically refunded to your panel balance.
  • No external refund (bank, UPI, or card) will be issued — refunds are credited to your panel balance only.
  • Cancellations are only possible if service delivery has not started.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made on the panel are non-refundable unless an order fails or is partially completed.
  • If you add funds and do not use them, no refund to bank/UPI will be issued — you may use them for future orders.
  • Refunds apply only to your panel wallet and cannot be transferred elsewhere.
  • Chargebacks or disputes will result in permanent account suspension.
